It is a true treasure trove of history, art and religiosity, which gives the sense of the mystery enclosed in the ancient walls of this Angevin foundation (1279) in the heart of the historic center of Naples. In fact, in its centuries-old history, it has been the subject of multiple transformations, as amply documented by the traces of artistic stratifications, which make it a place of particular interest for the possibility of letting different styles and sensibilities coexist - as often happens in ancient monumental foundations - , according to historical needs and the aesthetic taste that inspired them.
